Climate Transition Action Plan
Beach is committed to playing its part in supporting a just transition, where the challenges of climate change are met with solutions which consider equitable access to affordable and secure energy.
Our Climate Transition Action Plan (CTAP) outlines the important role Beach expects to play as a provider of critical energy products as the world addresses the challenge of limiting global warming. It describes the targets that we have set to guide our response to the physical and transition risks associated with climate change as we work to provide energy for society today and into the future.
Energy for a SUSTAINABLE transition
Beach recognises that action to address climate change is necessary and that all energy systems must contribute in order to meet the targets set out in the Paris Agreement, an international treaty on climate change.
The natural gas that Beach produces continues to provide communities with an affordable, secure energy supply as we explore future energy opportunities for our customers.
Beach is committed to producing the energy needed for a sustainable transition – one that supports the needs of societies today, and into the future.
