The Beach Graduate Program provides provides career development incorporating on-the-job training, specialist development activities and opportunities to prepare for Technical Excellence and Leadership of the Future.

Vacation Student Program
The Beach Vacation Student Program provides paid work experience over a 12-week period occurring from late November until early February each year.

The program connects Beach to the student community and provides students with exposure to the oil and gas industry and the opportunity to gain experience whilst applying their studies to “real-world” challenging projects.
