Our goal is to operate in a safe, compliant and reliable manner and build enduring relationships and trust with our local communities, partners, suppliers and governments. All of our staff seek to demonstrate the right behaviours, ask the right questions and constantly improve procedures to drive a safe, compliant and reliable operation across all our assets.
Beach’s Operational Excellence Management System includes a safe systems of work standard and a training, learning and competence standard. This ensures we maintain structured systems and consistent methodology for identifying and verifying, training and competency requirements within Beach.
Improving safety across our operations contributes to SDG 8.8 Protect labour rights and promote safe working environments.
