The Beach Graduate Program provides hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world challenges in the dynamic energy sector. With approximately 500 employees, and operations across Australia and New Zealand, we’re small enough to know your potential, and big enough to grow your career.

Vacation Student Program

Beach’s Vacation Student Program helps support students predominantly in their penultimate or final year of study in Engineering and Geology. The 12-week paid work experience program provides valuable industry experience from late November until early February. Offered every alternate year and a pathway to our Graduate Program.

Apprenticeship Program

Partnering with Programmed AU, Beach acts as a host employer for apprentices to complete their trade qualification whilst achieving on-the job learning at one of our operations and attending trade school.
