Our recruitment process, your journey!

We know that applying for a job can be a big decision. Below is an outline of the steps involved in the recruitment process at Beach.

Application

Lodge your application with a cover letter and up to date resume

Screening and shortlisting

Applications are reviewed against position requirements and criteria for the role.

If you match the requirements, you will be contacted for a brief phone discussion to find out more about you, your motivations, background, and experience.

A shortlist is provided to the Hiring Manager for review.

Interview/s

Candidates chosen for interview will be contacted to attend either a face-to-face interview or MS Teams interview.

If required, a second interview may be arranged.

Tips to prepare for your interview

Background checks

Background checks are the next step in our process, and these are conducted via an online portal.

These checks may include police checks, Right to Work, qualification checks and when required, a pre-employment medical.

Offer and onboarding

Once all checks are finalised, an offer will be made.

A written contract will follow.

Once accepted online, the onboarding process will commence.
